Welcome to TGE Canada, home to one of the most exciting and transformational fuel conversion technologies in the Clean Energy world today.

At TGE Canada we passionately understand that the reality and economic feasibility of future fuel is not alternative fuel, but rather green, technology-derived and sourced combustion fuel. To transition the world to an emission-free energy usage, highly innovative and clean technologies processing all feedstocks is key.

To that end and with tremendous gratitude, TGE announced the commissioning of it’s Demonstration Plant in March 2023. A world-class facility by all standards, the plant integrates the full gamut of TGE’s extensive IP portfolio and is the culmination of six years of Process Design development. Built at the previous TGE Pilot Plant R&D facility located in Germany, the new Plant is not only a visual treat but an astounding execution of cutting-edge petrochemical engineering, design and system automation. Incorporating TGE’s proprietary and internally manufactured TRC (Tachlis Reaction Chamber) units, the facility continues to serve our R&D, testing and data collation needs.

We are proud and humbled to look towards the construction of a TGE Commercial Plant in the USA beginning this year, providing TGE's exclusive hydrocarbon product slate, GRUDE OIL - a truly green, carbon-neutral alternative refinery drop-in feedstock that surpasses traditional Crude Oil in every way. TGE Canada's Commercial Plant is slated for build in 2025.

THE TGE DIFFERENCE

Subsequent to TGE acquiring the technology in 2018, it embarked on years of significant engineering R&D to bring it to where it is today. A pressureless, very low thermal depolymerization process; the only currently known non-pyrolytic electrical conversion technology.

Our proprietary and patented technology facilitates a transformation of organic materials such as coal, bagasse, heavy oil, sawdust, forest residue, wood, pulp and animal waste to high-quality alternative refinery feedstock oil - for liquid fuel production.

Traditional pyrolytic and Fischer Tropsch Systems of conversion are typically low in efficiency and high on environmental impact, offering a very questionable techno-economic. TGE technology has been empirically recorded to convert as much as 97% of the carbonaceous value of the input feedstock material to liquid fuel.

non-pyrolytic and direct conversion technology
From multiple feedstocks and cellulosic biomass to a carbon-neutral
green hydrocarbon slate of products that include high-quality Jet A, Kerosene, Gasoline and Diesel fuel ranges
After a decade-plus of chemical research by the legacy company, TGE acquired the project, committing significant time and resources to R&D.

New ownership, management, execution and funding have brought this phenomenal, environmentally friendly petro technology to see the construction of a fully integrated Demonstration Plant and the promise of Commercial Plants in the US and canada.

TGE AND THE NEXT CHAPTER

Global events have brought energy independence to the forefront like never before. TGE Canada's cutting-edge technology is proprietary with an exclusive small Plant CapX and footprint - extremely unique in the conversion technology patch.

Over the years and through its process design evolution, TGE was truly blessed to procure some of the most experienced individuals across all disciplines such as engineering, chemical/petrochemical process design, IP and business stewardship. This is complemented by a TGE Advisory Board of brand-name veterans from the Oil & Gas industry, closely guiding the business and engineering team.
